Working from home remotely is the best solution. It requires a well organized I.T. department. Cyber-security is critical with remote work from home arrangements. The Internet is notoriously not secure. Intra-nets and VPN configurations need to have firewalls and SSL protection to make mom and pop working from home setups adequately secure.
