Hace unos meses la Asociación de Proveedores de eLearning APEL presentó el “Estudio de la situación de la Teleformación en Andalucía” , financiado por el Servicio Público Estatal, el Servicio Andaluz de Empleo y el Fondo Social Europeo. El informe está basado en una encuesta realizada a unos 400 trabajadores de pymes y micropynes en Andalucía, en las opiniones de expertos del sector de la formación y las TIC y en fuentes estadísticas y bibliográficas. There is a very great temptation to keeping things away from the learner, ‘until they are ready for it’. As online teachers it is our job to break the learning up into units that the learner can address in their own time and so we naturally analyse the learning in terms of its difficulty, hoping to lead the learner along the path of increasing knowledge.
