This article shares what tools can be used to record audio to add to Google Slide presentations as it does not have an inbuilt recording feature.
I can see the potential for implementing these tools in the classroom for both teacher and student. Teachers may use this as a way to prerecord lessons if they know that they or their students are going to miss a class or will want to review the slides at a later time.
Students could use this in multi-modal presentations in a way to incorporate audio as a mode.
